Thundercat(썬더캣)은 미국에서 활동하는 유명한 베이시스트 겸 싱어송라터이다. 베이시스트로 음악을 시작하여 연주자로써 커리어를 쌓다가 '켄드릭 라마'와 함께 작업해서 낸 앨범 [To Pimp A Butterfly]로 2016년 제 58회 그래미 어워즈 Best Rap/ Sung collaboration을 수상했다.
