트레이시 채프먼 Tracy Chapman은 9세에 기타 연주와 작곡을 시작했다고 해요. 오늘 소개한 곡 'Fast Car'는 1988년 콘서트에서 공연을 한 후에 미국 차트에서 상승하기 시작하며 팝송 6위가 되고 그 상승선을 타서 1988년 8월 말일쯤 빌보드 핫 100에 달성하기도 했죠! 2010년에는 역사상 가장 위대한 500곡 중 167위에 랭크되기도 했습니다.
